The 1999 Lake Erie at the Millennium Conference: Trends, Trajectories, and Changes was a binational conference that was held at the University of Windsor (Windsor, ON) from April 26th to 28th, 1999. The conference was the first held by the Lake Erie Millennium Network, and was designed to highlight and address issues facing Lake Erie in the new millennium.
